Earlier today, I met 27 year old Kerry and 18 year old Louise.
Kerry feels as though she has lived her life back to front as she is a mother to a 7 year old son and has had previous experience in working as a print journalist. She has now returned to University to further her existing knowledge in journalism and is hoping to pursue a combined honours degree with English Literature, aiming towards becoming a sports journalist. Kerry also lives in the Lincoln area, making it easier to commute.
Louise currently attends an all girls sixth form in London, completing her A2 levels in English, Media and Sociology. Louise similarly wishes to pursue a combined honours in Advertising. Althoughshe is still undecided about which career path to continue down, she believes that the experience of studying a joint degree will shape her thoughts.
